I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I do my absolute best to ship out within my stated turnaround time. I do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are only counted as Monday - Friday and the day your order is placed is not counted.
